4.Create server
5.Start the Start file (Start.bat)

If your port forward failed, you're going to have to do it manually. Click Here
If somthing is missing in the Creator then comment it. Ex add a Server Log

Q:It's says somthing with .NET Framework error.
A:It's because you don't have .NET Framework installed. Click Here for Framework 4.5
Q; Do i need to port foward?
A: Yes, if you want your friends to join your server(Non Lan).
Q: When I Hit create server....it says "Creating Directory" and says that.....then sits there.....for hours.....
A: You go to your settings and select your Server Folder Ex. "C:"
